How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel directly from your UPI app's Autopay/Mandates section anytime, or message our support team and we'll cancel it for you within 24 hours.
What happens if a payment fails?
We'll automatically retry the charge a few times. If it still fails, that month's box will be paused until payment goes through.
Is this linked to my regular account on the site?
No — this subscription is managed separately through Razorpay. To update your delivery address, simply message our support team.
