- Prepaid Orders: Free Express Shipping — no minimum order value.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for a minor additional fee, calculated at checkout.
- Gift Wrapping: Available for a small additional charge — select at checkout.
- Special Requests: For extra-discreet packaging or expedited delivery, contact support@thevelvetsecrets.com before placing your order.
- Damaged or Tampered Shipments: Email photos of the product and packaging to support@thevelvetsecrets.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- Missing Items: Record a continuous unboxing video when opening your package. Contact us immediately with the video if items are missing.
- Delivery Discrepancies: If you receive a delivery confirmation but have not received your parcel, notify us within 24 hours.
- Limitation of Liability: We use third-party courier services and cannot be held liable for transit delays, though we will assist fully in resolution.
- Before Dispatch: Cancel within 24 hours of placement by emailing support@thevelvetsecrets.com, provided the order has not shipped.
- After Dispatch — Parcel Rejected: Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. Reject the parcel at delivery and a refund will be processed once returned, minus a nominal courier fee.
- After Delivery — Parcel Accepted: Product must be unopened and in original packaging. Return shipping charges apply.
Due to the personal nature of our products, we maintain strict hygiene standards. We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or part-consumed.
- 1Email support@thevelvetsecrets.com within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID.
- 2Once approved, we arrange reverse pickup. Courier charges are deducted from your refund.
- 3Returns are inspected at our warehouse within 7–10 business days.
- Prepaid Orders: Refund to original payment method (minus charges) or a Store Credit Gift Card.
- COD Orders: Refunds issued exclusively via Store Gift Cards.
- Processing Time: Monetary refunds take 7–10 business days to credit.
- Out-of-Service Area: Ship the product to us — we reimburse return shipping up to ₹250.
We offer a 90-day warranty on all electronic devices, covering manufacturing defects and operational malfunctions from the original purchase date.

- 2Upload a clear video of the malfunction and a photo of the charging adapter used.
- 3Once verified, we arrange a reverse pickup of the faulty device.
- 4If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, ship to us — we reimburse up to ₹250.
- Replacements Only: Claims settled via product replacement or Store Gift Card. No monetary refunds under warranty.
- Same Model Only: Replacements are limited to the identical product model originally purchased.
- Gift Card Purchases: Eligible for replacement unit or re-issued Gift Card of equivalent value only.
- Warranty Period: Tied to the original purchase date — replacement devices do not carry a fresh warranty.
- Out-of-Warranty: Contact support@thevelvetsecrets.com for guidance beyond 90 days.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects and operational malfunctions only. Damage from misuse, improper charging, physical impact, or non-standard accessories is not covered.
